How do odors affect our lives
Have you ever smelled cookies and brought back memories of your grandmother? Have you ever smelled the fresh cut grass and brought back special memories of your childhood? Believe it or not, the smell affects our brain in different ways.
In general, do not attach much importance to the odors, unless triggers and adverse or very pleasant. Scientists are studying how the brain decodes complex compounds that smell and how form a visual image for us. All we know is that odors affect our lives.
Scents are also used to mask odors. Many of us have pets and our homes tend to reflect that. Unlike sprays, scents of candles can eliminate odors and make your home more attractive to others. Some foods that cooking smells can also leave are not as attractive. Candles can make your home fresh and new.
Some aromas evoke a sense of calm, such as lavender, vanilla and jasmine. Some scents that we perk up and feel fresh, botanical scents such as green tea and lemon, strawberry or mint. There's even smells that we consider aphrodisiacs, such as pomegranate and ylang-ylang. All these perfumes, and many more, are used in aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils physiology and fitness.
Aromas have many purposes in our lives, and are a reasonable solution to most problems, if the smell or just need a break from a long day. The aromas are a small and effective way to bring a little happiness to our home. You have to find what smells he likes and what suits you and your family. Remember, some scents can cause allergies, so be careful the type you choose.
In other words, the smells affect our emotions, our thoughts and our physical body. Aromas are an important part of our lives and our sense of wellbeing.
