Tea Tree Oil information, uses and recipes

Great teams first aid, tea tree oil can be used for insect bites, acne, boils, athlete's foot (try when combined with Lemongrass Oil) and herpes blisters. The oil can help in the reproduction of white blood cells, making it useful when it's cold, flu, coughs and sore throats. Also, oil is said to combat fungal infections (Try adding a few drops to a sitz bath with warm water) and Candida.
Aromatherapy Recipes
Summer Bugs Away Spray
45 ml of distilled water
15 ml of Hamamelis
5 drops of tree oil tea
5 drops of citronella oil
Combine all ingredients in a bottle, sir. Shake before use!
Immune Booster
10 ml grapeseed oil or sweet almond oil
5 drops of tea tree oil
5 drops of oil of Eucalyptus Radiata
3 drops Peppermint oil
1 sheet of cinnamon oil drops
Count individual drops of all essential oils in 10ml of unscented base oil of your choice. Massage chest, throat, back, or even the soles of the feet … immune stimulant great when you feel exhausted and fighting a bug.
He suggested Uses
- Try using a couple drops of tea tree oil in water used to clean pet food dishes, the carriers, litter boxes, cages and bedding.
- Try adding 3-5 drops of a foot soak to relieve aching feet and to add to his treatment of athlete's foot.
- Keep a bottle of camping in the first aid kit and use a drop of cuts, scratches, abrasions and insect bites.
- A few drops in a diaper pail act as a disinfectant and deodorant.
- A drop in the palm of your hands, rub hands together, cup your hands together … inhale deeply, or 2-3 drops in a bath. Ideal for strengthening the immune system.
Mix well with Eucalyptus, Geranium, mint, lemon, lavender, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves or pine
