1. Take two by mouth and also at night before bed or during the day can be set to insert two vaginaly and let them absorb that helps soften cervix 2. Find blue cohosh is very difficult, black cohosh to be put me in labor with my past. 6. use a breast pump on each breast for ten minutes and then stop for ten repeat for ten minutes to this for one hour and then stops for an hour.
