ONION BAKED CHICKEN IN LESS 30 min
2 cups chopped canned French fried
2 tablespoons flour
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large zip top plastic bag, combine the flour and onion, crushed onions. Put the eggs in a bowl shallow chicken and egg sauce. One piece at a time, stir the chicken in plastic bag to coat. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil spray and Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Marzetti Broccoli Salad
2 / Marzetti 3 cup roasted garlic Italian Viniagrette
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 package (6-oz) white button mushrooms
1 / 4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 onions, 4-in green and white parts, cut into 1/4-in pieces
1 / 2 red pepper, cut into pieces
1 / 2 yellow pepper, cut into pieces
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook broccoli for two minutes. broccoli Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine the mushrooms, parsley and chives in a bowl. In a bowl, combine broccoli with mushroom mixture. Add the peppers and mix with viniagrette.
THE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE faster
1 biscuit frozen, thawed
1 package (16 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pint fresh strawberries
Cut cake in half horizontally. Spread half of whipped topping on the cut side of bottom half. Reserve 6 strawberries with the stems still attached. Thinly slice remaining strawberries and place over whipped cream. Place the top half of cake over the strawberries. Spread the top with more whipped cream and place the strawberries, stems in part top as a garnish.
