What stops the chocolate from burning at the bottom of a ceramic fondue pot?
when using a tea light candle for chocolate begins to melt and then starts to burn so I can stop this
Why not use a double boiler? chocolate temperature is not exceeded water temperature below boiling, 212 F or 100 C, so the chocolate does not burn. If you must use the ceramic pot, shake a lot? move the sail out of the pot? good luck. Chocolate is important
