How to make a good fruit smoothie with these ingredients?
I want to make a fruit smoothie with these ingredients, but do not know how this and what should I use for a person ….. I have apples, peaches, kiwi, strawberries, bananas, all-natural strawberry or blueberry yogurt, orange juice and milk. Prefer not to add sugar and my fruits are all fresh. Any prescription or advice would be great!
apples aside. or use DO (not milk) is because there would be too creamy yogurt. I also remember, too much fruit can be too much and you will not be able to test individual flavors. I say no For example, orange juice, strawberries, peaches, bananas, and yogurt (frozen yogurt if available) … do not forget to add ice! make it more pleasant and thickness.
