Primitive Soy
If vegan / vegetarian help me !!!!!?
I'm 19. and I live in my parents' house. Three months ago I decided to stop eating meat and its derivatives, my sister who is 13yrs. old never liked meat and eat my soy products and also doens't eat meat, eggs or milk. Our parentsare going crazy to respect. Have very primitive, like .. "If you do not eat meat .. you will not be strong enough" .. "If you stop eating meat you are going to collapse one of these !!"…." days I will take a psychologist! "I'm tired .. I'm tired of this situation, how to make them understand???? I have tried magazzino give them books .. .. Articles .. but say "oh, it's all propaganda to sell their products green!" What can I do? I look like a error in the family! or as if I am betraying! I eat healthy and I can buy my own food … how to stop? How can I make them understand????
Personally, I am a vegetarian and is difficult with people asking why not eat meat. But, fortunately not my parents, because they are also vegetarians. Being vegetarian is my choice because my sisters still eat meat. I used to eat meat too, but I changed. I do not eat meat including chicken and fish.
