Headlines 2009 Triangle Workshop Financial Planner Financial Strength
(Raleigh, NC), community-oriented certified financial planner James M. Richardson, CFPA ®, ChFCÂ ®, referred to the powerful financial strategies for women as keynote speaker at the 2009 Workshop organized Financial Strength by the Raleigh Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
The hour long detailed presentation and Q & A interactive session North Carolina State University McKimmon Center € ™ s covers a number of important investment strategy and specific financial planning for women.
â € œStatistically speaking, women live longer than men and have greater investment horizon that brings unique challenges and opportunities, â € Richardson said, adding that other factors â € "including women earn less than men, in and out of the workforce to have children, and lower social security benefits â € "associated with greater long-term financial needs for women with fewer resources.
The question alive and responses included many questions about emerging markets, as well as consultations on medical savings accounts and pension options.
With the nearly 20 years experience in financial planning, Richardson helps clients review and understand all of your financial situation and building a long-term plan designed to meet their individual dreams and goals. His workshop of Delta Sigma Theta is one of many outreach programs Richardson is dedicated to helping the general public understanding of basic concepts of financial and retirement planning.
