Winter Candy
I'm planning a birthday party for my friend, and she wants the subject to be a Winter Carnival?
She is turning 13. We already have a sno cone machine, a cotton candy machine and a source Chocolitos. We will have Christmas trees, snowflakes everywhere, and a snowman backround in the ballroom. She does not want any activity there, she just wants to let them have fun, talk and dance! Does any suggestions on what to do for food and decorations?
That's really an awesome party idea … I've never thought about it. I ideas for food products. Catch some pumpkin (any type) and the sectors (the size of the wedges of potatoes or French fries), dip in flour, then egg, then seasoned flour. Fry in oil until browned on both sides and tender inside. (if children do not like pumpkin, use potatoes instead) Serve the soup in a nice warm pumpkin (carved as inards in the for-height) has been cooked, coated with butter and salt for 45 minutes – 1 hour. A good stew or soup Harty would be excellent. Can Serve the soup in individual bowls bread, or holes with acorn squashes. Or maybe chili bowls …. your chili. Make the dough biscuits cheese (sold in packages of pre-mixed) and spread over bottom of pans to make mini muffins bowling. Bake them and serve chili in these cookies bowls and sprinkle cheese on top. As for decorations, which have almost covered, but I would suggest laying blankets on the floor here and there to sit eat picnic style. Or maybe some park benches or picnic tables. You have a great time and Happy B-Day at 13 years old …
